Visa support
All foreign nationalities are required to have entry visas to travel to the Russian Federation. Visas are issued by Russian Embassies/Consulates upon presenting the invitation and paying the consular fee. Russian visa is required both for leisure and business trips. You can obtain it by yourself in the closest Russian Consulate. The list of required documents is available on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In order to get a tourist visa to Russia, you need to have an invitation (also called visa support) which comprises two documents: a standard tourist confirmation and voucher from authorized Russian travel agency, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
For getting visa support during the whole period of your stay in the hotel you need:
1.to make guaranteed reservation
2.send scan copy of your passport, both sides of your credit card and filled form for visa support to our reservation department by fax (+7 812 380 1920) or as a scanned file by e-mail (hotel@hotel-spb.com).
Our managers prepare all necessary documents and send it to you by fax or e-mail.
Visa support is provided only for guaranteed reservations. Invitation cost - 800 RUB.
What do guaranteed and unguaranteed booking mean?
Booking is guaranteed only if there was a prepayment for the first day of accommodation. Prepayment can be made any day before arrival by cash in the hotel, by credit card or paid in account.
How to make a prepayment?
- You can make a prepayment in cash in the hotel. For that you will need your booking number and booking confirmation from the hotel.
- You can pay by credit card at the moment of booking
- You can make a bank transfer. To make this you should send an email at hotel@hotel-spb.ru, state your full name and address.
What does "open price of the hotel" mean?
Open price is a price is a price for the accomodation without any discounts.
What does "best avaiable rate" mean
Best avaiable rate is a speciall price that is avaiable only when you book a room through our site. Depending on the season the price changes, but usually it is up to 10 % less than an open price of the hotel.
Time of cheking in and out
Usual time of checking in is 3 pm, check out time is 12 pm. The rooms are being cleaned between 12 pm and 3 pm, but if there are avaiable rooms you can check in at 12 pm or even earlier. For getting a guaranteed check in before 8 am 100% of the room price should be payed. If you want to have a guaranteed check in after 8 am extra rate would be 50%.
Is it possible to check out after 15.00
Guests can check out later that 15.00, staying untill 8 pm would cost 50% from the room price, guests that want to check out later than 20.00 should pay full price of an extra day.
Is it possible to use a telephone in the room to make internal city calls, international or long-distance calls?
Yes, it is possible. To do this you should make a deposit at the reception. The cost of calls in Saint-Petersburg 5,50 roubles.
Children of what age can stay in the hotel without an additional payment?
Child under 5 y/o can stay in the room with parents for free. If an additional bed is needed there is an extra pay - 200 (or 300 depending on the season) roubles Breakfast is included.
How many people can stay in a double room?
Max. number of people that can stay in a double room is 3. In that case guests should order an extra bed.
